of this Agreement at any time. Those changes, alterations, amendments or replacements
shall be effective as of the time of posting. PushArts.com will provide notice on the Web Site
of any material changes made to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Web Site after
the time of posting of such notice will constitute evidence of your acceptance of the changed,
altered, amended or replaced Agreement. You further agree regularly review this Agreement
for such changes, alterations, amendments or replacements.
If you do not agree with the changed, altered, amended or replaced Agreement, do not use or
access the PushArts.com web site or information, material, products or services provided therein.
Please read these terms carefully as they contain important information regarding your legal rights,
remedies and obligations, including various limitations of liability and exclusions, your indemnification
obligation and a dispute resolution clause that governs how disputes will be resolved.
This agreement is between you, and if you are using this web site on your employer’s behalf, to you and
your employer ("you” or "user”) and Pusharts.com and is effective as at the date of your first use or access
of the web site.
Copyright are not transferring with the license of an image.
When you pay, you are paying for the use of an image, not the rights to own the image.
The artists always retain their copyrights and other customers can download the same image
at any time. This means that the images are non-exclusive and that anyone may download and use the
same image for competitive or other purposes
The license for the rights to an image never expires. Once licensed, the End User may use the image forever.
Each downloaded image is for the End User only.
Anyone working on a project for the End User may have access to the image only for projects for the End User.
Licenses are non-transferable.
An image must be downloading for each Purpose and each End User. If you have multiple clients that want to use
the same image, or End User want to use the same image for multiple End Products, you need to download the image
each time for each End User or End Product.
You only need one license per image, per End User.
Purchaser agrees to review the terms and conditions periodically to be aware of such revisions.
Third-party content providers in connection with third-party content, software, or services, may also be subject to
additional terms and conditions for purchaser.
